In this section you will find our answers to your most frequently asked questions about orders, shipments, purchases and deliveries, site registration and all the services that Le Petit Story offers you. Starting from the Home Page, you have several possibilities:
If you want to find out what Le Petit Story has to offer, go to the shop and browse using the search filters.
If you want to find a specific product, specify one or more terms related to your search in the box "Search" and you will see a list of products related to the word you are looking for.


First click on the product you are interested in. This will allow you to see the product sheet, which contains the detailed information of the article. Then, to place your order, click on 'Add to shopping cart'.


Buying on lapetitestory.com is fast and instinctive. Click on the product you like the most to access the relevant product sheet and you will see in detail all the information about the article itself.

To add it to your cart click on the 'buy' button.  If you decide to continue with your purchases, while browsing you will continue to see the image of the 'cart' with its contents, together with the total value of your purchase.

Once you have finished shopping, to proceed with your order, click on 'Check out'. Remember that on the first page of the shopping cart you can also change the quantity of items you wish to purchase or remove them. If you want to complete the purchase immediately, if you are a registered user please login or register on the site if you have not yet done so. You can also complete your purchase without registering. You will be asked to choose a shipping and billing address. In the next step you will be asked to choose among the available payment methods (cash on delivery only for shipments within the Italian territory, credit card, paypal or bank transfer). Finally, you can select the type of shipment you want.

La Petite Story reminds you that payment is completely secure, as credit card details are protected from unauthorised access by means of the encrypted transfer of SSL ('Secure Socket Layer') data, which is not accessible to third parties. Finally, after checking your transaction, your order information will be sent to La Petite Story and a  message will inform you that your purchase has been successfully completed.


Generally there are no limits, neither for quantity nor for amount. However, La Petite Story may reserve the right to limit the purchase of certain limited series products.


Not at all. You can do all the tests you want and then decide not to conclude your order even though you have included products in the 'shopping cart'.


The 'promotional code' is a coupon that is given to you to take advantage of special promotions. The conditions for obtaining this code will be communicated to you via a special newsletter during particular events. If you have one, simply enter the code in the field that you can find on the page at the conclusion of your order: the discount will be calculated and displayed automatically. The codes are not cumulative.


After entering the necessary data for payment you will be directed to the page of confirmation of purchase, containing the number and date of the order. A message in the middle of the page will inform you that the purchase process has been completed correctly. Finally, you will receive an e-mail containing details of the order you have placed and confirmation that it has been received correctly. To check the status of your order, log in to your account: under "My orders" you will receive all the information you need. Remember that our customer care staff is at your disposal to provide further information.
